My previous stay in pigeon forge was nice, but this time at the hampton inn was even better. We loved the spacious king room that felt cozy with a fireplace. Breakfast was a treat with homemade waffles and a great selection of hot items.

the check-in process took a bit longer than expected , but the indoor fireplace and 24-hour coffee made up for it. the jacuzzi was super hot and relaxing, and we loved the splash pad for the kids!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy hotel with our little dog. The Center of Fun in the Smokies was an absolute blast, and we loved how pet-friendly the place was. The outdoor sitting area by the fireplace was perfect for our family gatherings.

In my wife’s opinion, the coffee situation could be improved for families with kids.

She made sure my kids had pancakes even when they ran out. Room maintenance could improve—request a room away from the elevator if you value quiet.
